The Community Foundation of the Florida Keys is entering an exciting new chapter. After five years of dedicated service, our esteemed CEO Jennifer McComb will be stepping down as of August 30.

We are grateful for Jennifer’s visionary leadership, under which we transformed into a respected countywide organization with regional councils, doubled our assets under management, and increased our endowment to ensure 100% of donations go back into the community.

As we bid farewell to Jennifer, we’re pleased to announce that Elizabeth Brown, our current vice president, will be stepping into the role of interim CEO. Elizabeth’s deep understanding of our organization and community ensures a smooth transition and continued momentum in our mission.
