Established by and honoring Charles Newman and Jane Dawkins, the fund will support the Florida Keys SPCA. The SPCA, Center for Animal Welfare & Education, is dedicated to promoting the humane treatment of all animals through compassionate care, adoption, education, population control and humane law enforcement.

About Your Community Foundation
The Community Foundation of the Florida Keys manages over 160 funds and endowments throughout the Keys and is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit (EIN #65-0648968).
