Legacy Society

The Community Foundation established The Legacy Society in 2005 as a planned giving membership program developed to build one-time gifts into life-time donations by coordinating and consolidating resources in a way that ensures even greater resources than what was originally gifted.

Membership includes:

  • CFFK emails, mailings and newsletters that feature philanthropic trends and highlight best giving practices
  • Special recognition at CFFK events and in publications, for those donors not wishing to remain anonymous
  • Invitations to special seminars and workshops designed to help donors maximize giving
  • Access to a comprehensive directory of qualified estate planners, lawyers, and CPAs to assist in the drafting of will and trust documents

Of course the most important benefit of all is the knowledge that your gift will be used to provide ongoing support for those organizations and causes that filled your life with meaning.

“CFFK was founded out of the same sense of responsibly serving the Keys we love that we have. We sleep easier knowing that we will share our good fortune with the causes and people whom we love and who deserve it.”
