To honor her friends Jerry and Caroline Cash, who passed away in 2012 and 2020 respectively, Key West resident Carrie Groomes recently presented the Community Foundation of the Florida Keys with a $25,000 check. The new Jerry and Caroline Cash Endowment Fund will make annual grants in perpetuity to support environmental conservation, animals, and the arts in Key West.
