Mission: The Program’s objective is to promote youth sailing as a safe recreational and competitive sport.  MSYSP offers year-round sailing instruction to children ages 7 through 17 that live in the Upper Keys and South Dade areas.  As part of the mission to promote youth sailing, the organization regularly offers at-risk and underprivileged children from these areas the opportunity to attend programs at no cost or at significantly reduced tuition.
