Congratulations to the 21 nonprofit leaders who graduated from this year’s Leadership Success Academy (LSA). The group joins the more than 400 leaders who have graduated from the Community Foundation’s signature program since it began nine years ago. The training program uses best practices to teach new leadership and governance skills.

2016 LSA Graduate Cale Smith, Board Member of the Florida Keys History and Discovery Foundation, says, “LSA was a phenomenal experience and should be required for all non-profit directors in the Keys. Five stars!”

Special thanks to the Florida Keys Community College for their partnership with this year’s program and to the Key West Marriott Beachside for their sponsorship.
