Legacy Society

You've lived your life giving of your time, your talents, and your money because you know that giving matters. You’ve made room in your busy life for your passion - be it the arts, political activism, animals, children, education, social justice, or the protection of the environment. Your giving matters today, and your giving will especially matter tomorrow.

Legacy Giving does not require a large income or vast estate. Legacy Giving only requires a thoughtful intention to make a difference by identifying a charitable organization in your will or estate plan.

Legacy giving is easy. It only takes a plan.

Through your will or life insurance policy you can benefit your community well into the future. As a member of the Legacy Society you can express your wishes today and know with confidence that they will be honored by the Foundation. Simply notify CFFK of your Statement of Intent.

As a member of The Legacy Society, you join other members of our community who are passionate about the future wellbeing of the place we call paradise, the Florida Keys. Additionally, you will receive all CFFK mailings and newsletters, as well as special recognition at Foundation events, unless you wish to remain anonymous. The greatest reward is the confidence of knowing that your legacy will be carried forward for years to come.

Nick & Suzie Trivisonno

“It is important to us that our work continues forward.  The Community Foundation plays a vital role in assuring our wishes are carried out.”

Bert Whitt & Dennis Beaver

“We are both very active in social and cultural issues and we want what we give now to continue.”

The CFFK Legacy Society recognizes the generous spirit of individuals who have notified the Community Foundation of their intent to include CFFK in their will or other deferred giving plan.

    Kelly Friend

“I wanted my giving to be effective and use leverage. Rather than giving to just one organization, I can touch many people under the umbrella of the Community Foundation”
